Mission

Als Senior Electronics Engineer verantwortest du die Entwicklung unserer gesamten Elektronikhardware – von der Hochleistungslaser-Treiberplatine bis zur miniaturisierten Sensorelektronik. Du bringst tiefes Verständnis für analoge und digitale Schaltungen, AVT und Systemintegration mit. Deine Elektronik wird integraler Bestandteil unseres MedTech-Produkts – präzise, robust und marktreif.

Laser & Detektion: Entwicklung von Hochleistungs-Treiberelektroniken für schnelle Laserdioden und Detektionssysteme
Miniaturisierung: Optimierung für kompakte, thermisch stabile und EMV-sichere Integration
PCB-Design: Schaltplanerstellung, Layout, Simulation und DfM – mit Tools wie Altium, KiCad, Eagle oder Spice
Systemintegration: Schnittstellen-Design mit FPGAs, ADCs, DACs, Microcontrollern – eng verzahnt mit Optik, Physik und Software
Test & Qualität: Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Prototypen, Validierung, Debugging, Zertifizierung
Clean Engineering: Dokumentation, Versionskontrolle, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im hauseigenen, modern ausgestatteten Elektroniklabor

Dein Profil

Technischer Background: abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder gleichwertiges
Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre in der Entwicklung komplexer Elektroniken – idealerweise im MedTech-/Hightech-Umfeld
Must-have Know-how:
- Entwicklung von Hochleistungslaser-Treiberelektronik
- Erfahrung mit optischer Sensortechnik
- Sicherer Umgang mit High-Speed-Designs, Mixed-Signal-Schaltungen und EMV-gerechtem Layout
Nice to have: FPGA-Anbindung, Embedded Systems, Löterfahrung (Feinmotorik)
Soft Skills: Eigenverantwortung, Präzision, Teamspirit, Hands-on-Mentalität
Sprache: Deutsch oder Englisch (C1)

Your mission

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for developing all of our electronic hardware – from high-performance laser driver boards to miniaturised sensor electronics. You will have a deep understanding of analogue and digital circuits, AVT and system integration. Your electronics will become an integral part of our MedTech product – precise, robust and ready for market.

Laser & detection: Development of high-performance driver electronics for fast laser diodes and detection systems

Miniaturisation: Optimisation for compact, thermally stable and EMC-safe integration

PCB design: Circuit diagram creation, layout, simulation and DfM – using tools such as Altium, KiCad, Eagle or Spice

System integration: Interface design with FPGAs, ADCs, DACs, microcontrollers – closely integrated with optics, physics and software

Testing & quality: Prototype construction and commissioning, validation, debugging, certification

Clean engineering: Documentation, version control, independent work in our own modern electronics laboratory

Your profile

Technical background: Degree in electrical engineering, electronics or equivalent
Experience: At least 5 years in the development of complex electronics – ideally in the medtech/high-tech environment
Must-have expertise:
- Development of high-performance laser driver electronics
- Experience with optical sensor technology
Confident handling of high-speed designs, mixed-signal circuits and EMC-compliant layout
Nice to have: FPGA connection, embedded systems, soldering experience (fine motor skills)
Soft skills: Responsibility, precision, team spirit, hands-on mentality
Language: German or English (C1)
